Founder
Faizan Naqvi (Founder & Solutions Architect) holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from NJIT and an MS in Systems Engineering from Columbia University. He founded Pent-AI-Efficient Solutions, and leads it as CEO, after years of watching community organizations run heroic operations on paper, group chats, and the goodwill of a few exhausted volunteers. Systems engineering means the first question is never "what should the app do?" but "where does the work actually get stuck, and what has to be true for it to stop getting stuck?" The software follows from the answer.
The company
Pent-AI-Efficient Solutions is an LLC based in Maryland. Over eighteen months we deliberately built two things: a portfolio of real systems for real organizations, and the delivery engine that makes such systems buildable in days. That phase is complete. We're now taking on clients.
Community impact
Most of the work on this site was built for — and in several cases with — community organizations, self-funded, because the deadlines were real and the alternative was volunteers working weekends. A clinic's records. A city procession. A congregation's safety team. A school's newsletter. We will always keep a share of our capacity for work like this.
