Privacy.
The short, honest version — because there isn't a long, evasive one.
Effective August 25, 2026.
What we collect on this site
Nothing without your action. Browsing requires no account and sets no tracking cookies, and we run no advertising or profiling trackers. Like every website, it is served by a host — ours is Cloudflare — which processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and block abuse. We don't build profiles from it.
The Bottleneck Audit
When you submit the Bottleneck Audit — through the assistant or the form — we store your answers and contact details so we can follow up. They are deleted automatically once they reach 90 days old; the deletion runs as part of normal site operation, not by hand. We don't sell them and we don't share them. Please don't submit personal, patient, or financial data.
Assistant messages are sent to our model provider (OpenRouter, routing to Google's Gemini) for the sole purpose of generating a reply. We select providers whose API terms state that submitted content is not used to train their models. We do not control or audit their systems, which is why we ask you not to share personal, patient, or financial details.
The assistant uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real browser is submitting the form. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and anonymous (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We see aggregate page counts, never identities, and no IP addresses are stored by us.
If you email [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live, like any business would.
