Leads see coverage at a glance and plan relief before gaps become incidents.

What they’re carrying. Inventory with a real custody ledger. Consumables count down as requests are fulfilled and warn with burn-rate hints (“≈3 days left”). Returnable gear is tracked per unit — who holds what, and what actually came back. Procurement closes the loop with photo sign-off and a location stamp; scheduled counts surface drift instead of letting it accumulate into a year-end surprise.

One button to talk. Push-to-talk radio built as short voice clips over plain HTTPS — which means it works on networks and in regions where internet calling is blocked, with nothing to install and nothing to configure. Every phone’s audio is transcoded automatically so an Android transmission plays on an iPhone every time. Heard-by receipts replace “did anyone copy?”; channels map to teams; private lines and a fully audited monitor mode round it out. Alerts ride the same discipline: silent versus loud, hold-to-confirm against pocket-dials, full-screen takeover on the lead console.

Honest by design. The offline outbox never pretends: a send that failed says so, loudly, because a false “delivered” in the field is worse than a failure. The AI-assisted stock intake inverts the usual pattern — the operator uses their own AI app on a photo of the delivery paperwork, and the system parses the result defensively and applies nothing without a human confirming line by line. Zero API keys, zero hallucinated writes.

Engineered, then measured. A real-time transport rewrite cut bandwidth 130× at 500 concurrent users. 460 automated tests; three end-to-end certification campaigns with every finding fixed and re-verified; Arabic and Urdu interfaces with full right-to-left layout; about €9 a month to host an organization. A new customer is one configuration file — branding, teams, alert types, catalog — and the app re-themes live.
