Working pipeline · first title in editorial review educators, institutes, and expert speakers

The research studio: from spoken word to cited page.

Recorded talks become typeset books, study guides, and reference dossiers — with every citation verified or flagged, never silently fixed.

Experts talk. Very few write. The gap between a season of recorded talks and a citable, publishable body of work is months of labor almost nobody has — so the knowledge stays trapped in video files. The research studio closes that gap without cutting the corner that matters: nothing is cited that wasn’t verified.

From series to book. A set of recorded talks goes in; a typeset book comes out — PDF and print-ready DOCX with table of contents, glossary, index, and bibliography. The pipeline studies the full series first and builds a knowledge model, drafts each chapter in the speaker’s own voice rather than a generic summary register, then pushes every chapter through an adversarial review before it may join the book. The first compiled title — ten chapters, nineteen bespoke diagrams — is now through the first round of professional editorial review, with adjustments in progress.

The citation discipline. Every quotation and reference is logged in a citation ledger with a confidence tier. What can be verified is verified against the source — author, edition, volume, page, verbatim text. What cannot be verified is flagged in the margin, never silently fixed — because a beautiful book with an invented citation is worse than no book at all.

Figures that survive review. Diagrams are drawn deterministically — the model prescribes, a rendering engine executes — then pass a mechanical linter and an independent design review before they may appear. Nineteen made it into the first title; the ones that failed were redrawn, not waved through.

Reference dossiers. For speakers who work in contested or scholarly territory: every source cited across a talk extracted with its full locator and verbatim text, assembled into a typeset dossier — produced in two editions, a complete internal version and a distribution version safe to hand to anyone.

Study materials at scale. The same machinery produces structured lecture notes, key takeaways, and quizzes from any recording — the connective tissue between a talk and a curriculum.

Who it’s for. Educators, training organizations, institutes, professional speakers, publishers — any expert with a backlog of talks and no time to write.

Outcomes

  • A complete lecture series compiled into a fully typeset book — PDF and print-ready DOCX with table of contents, glossary, index, and bibliography
  • Citation ledger with confidence tiers; anything unverifiable is flagged in the margin, never silently corrected
  • Every figure passes a deterministic linter and an independent design review before it may appear

✓ = repository-measured. Unmarked figures are client-reported.

Reusable capability: Any expert with a backlog of talks and no time to write: educators, training organizations, professional speakers, publishers.
